Fernando Nebreda Díaz de Espada

President of GARAPEN, the Basque association of development agencies

Fernando Nebreda Díaz de Espada holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto, an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the Madrid Business School and a master's degree in competitiveness (MOC) from the University of Deusto. Since 1993 he has been chief executive of the Oarsoaldea development agency. He is currently president of GARAPEN, the Basque association of development agencies.
