Since 22nd November 2024, she has been the director of employment at the Basque government department of economics, work and employment. On 4th September 2024 she became director of employment and inclusion in the Basque government Department of economics, work and employment.

Graduate in Law from the University of Deusto. Secretary for Employment and Professional Training at the CCOO trade union confederation in the Basque country. Further training in Human Resources Management, Professional Guidance and Team Management.

A training and employment expert at the Basque branch of the CCOO trade union confederation since 1995 and a member of its executive committee since 2019 as secretary for employment and vocational qualifications. She is a member of different bodies as a representative of CCOO in the Basque Country, including:

The board of patrons of Hobetuz (Basque foundation for continuing training), the board of directors of Lanbide (the Basque public employment service), the Basque vocational training council, the regional executive committee of SEPE, the table for social dialogue: playing an active part in work groups and coordinating work within CCOO in the Basque Country.
