Responsible for innovation and development of social services at Barcelona provincial authority, he is a graduate in Geography and History.

He has worked in different non-profit associations and public administrations. He specialises in organisation and management of the Social Service System, especially at municipal level. He has also done a range of work in the field of Public Administration. He was responsible for the project to transform local income guarantee policies at Barcelona provincial authority.
