Knowledge and experience are combined in her approach: if you talk to her she will tell you she works to construct public influence strategies and helps to implement them. And she will take advantage of the conversation to remind you that the future must necessarily be collaborative.

She is a political scientist, specialised in political analysis and international cooperation. She lectures on different university postgraduate courses in the field of public governance and policy. She is the author of social, political and regulatory studies and research. Speaker and contributor to the media.

Expert on political and regulatory mechanisms. She runs public information and influencing campaigns and designs international relations strategies. Specialised in institutional positioning, adviser on matters such as leadership and political and institutional discourse.

She began her career in international crisis contexts, working in Mozambique, Angola, Nicaragua and Bolivia.

Wide experience in the management and running of organisations. She was behind the opening of the Save the Children office in the Basque Country, heading it for over 15 years. At this time the body implemented a strategy of its own for political influence, turning Save the Children into the leading childhood-centred organisation.

Four years ago she embarked on a new stage in her career, setting up the first public affairs consultancy in the Basque Country. She founded Silván&Miracle. Estrategias de Asuntos Públicos, which advises and supports authorities, businesses and organisations in their public influence strategies. Today it is a growing company that has become a leader in social and political analysis to devise public affairs strategies with a distinctive commitment to the use of data analysis tools and new narratives.
