Pablo González

Born in 1994 in Seville, Spain. After living in different countries including Canada and the United Kingdom, Pablo did a degree in Business Management and Administration at IE University – IE Business School (Madrid).

At the age of 19, he founded Pangea, subsequently renamed TRIVU, in 2018. A global ecosystem of talent, with the powerful purpose of driving the human change the world needs in today's new global context. This vision is put into practice by supporting all kinds of businesses in their process of cultural and organisational evolution, as well as generating a full range of opportunities, experiences and content to contribute to professional and personal development for talent around the world. This is all based on the firm conviction that people are the real protagonists of the changes that will enable us to face up to challenges better and take greater advantage of the opportunities this new decade has in store for us.

Pablo is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Spanish Managers' Association, vice-president of REDI, the Business Network for Diversity and Inclusion and a member of the National Advisory Committee of FIFED. He has worked with a range of national and international institutions such as the Fundación Create, Spain Startup, the Fundación Transforma España and Singularity University, among others. For three years he has worked very closely with the Manpower group's Human Age Institute foundation, in many of its activities and employability programmes for young talent.

He has spoken at numerous national and international forums and meetings, including TEDx, the WEB SUMMIT, the AECOC Mass Consumption congress, the Barcelona Tourism Summit and the Digital Enterprise Show, among others.

He is also co-author of the book "7 Jóvenes que están transformando el mundo" ["7 Young People who are Changing the World"] published by Editorial Aguilar.

In 2019, with the support of the Spanish government as well as some of the country's leading companies, he launched TALEÑT, a scheme with the ambitious goal of generating a powerful ecosystem to connect to key people, organisations and opportunities to make Spain the world capital of talent.

In 2023 he was appointed a member of the Advisory Committee to the Fundación Princesa de Girona, chaired by her majesty Princess Leonor.
