Laura Rosillo

Over 35 years of experience working in human resources, especially in the areas of training and professional development.

She worked for 11 years (from 1999 to 2010) in HR at "La Caixa", in the training and development area, as the head of training, leading training projects and helping to create and start up the e-learning platform Virtaula and in its subsequent conversion into a corporate social network to share the collective intelligence of staff in line with the philosophy and uses of the social web (2.0).

Between 2006 and 2009 she was human resources manager of the southern region of La Caixa (Andalusia, Extremadura, Ceuta and Melilla), which at that time had a workforce of 3,000 people.

Before this she headed the training department of the Catalan government department of justice (1985-1995), before becoming head of the Catalan government training service at its school of public administration and coordinator of the network of heads of training in the different Catalan ministries (1995-1999), driving the modernisation of in-service learning and training systems.

A graduate in Hispanic Philology from the University of Barcelona (1977), she has a postgraduate qualification in Trainer Training from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (1986) and a master's degree in Human Resources, Ed. HR La Caixa, SGS (2000), specialising as a Community Manager with AERCO (the Spanish community managers' association) in 2010.

Currently retired and a voluntary consultant and vice-president of ASENCAT, specialising in digital change for organisations and professionals, in business digitalisation strategies, in setting up corporate communities and social networks, digital management skills training, innovation in training and in new training for trainers and in age management, inter-generational collaboration programmes and career management and relaunching for senior employees, as well as founding the Observatory of Learning in Madurescence and being a founder member of Red Talento.
