Gerardo Gutiérrez

Since July 2018 he has been Director General of the SEPE, the state public employment service. He has extensive experience in the field of employment policy. He is a Law graduate and an expert in employment, labour relations, social dialogue and social security. He also has a master's degree in Leadership and Public Policy Management. He has held various positions in the national employment system, making him an expert on the state and regional employment framework in Spain. From 2008 to 2011 he was Director General of the public employment service in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, going on to hold other important posts in the employment field.
