Fernando Consuegra

A graduate in Teaching, with a master's degrees in Business and Knowledge and Innovation Management, and a qualified expert in Social Services Management. He is general coordinator of Sartu Taldea, a body that works in the Basque autonomous region in the field of social and employment inclusion. He has been deputy minister of Social Affairs in the Basque government (2005-2009), Director of Social Welfare in the Basque government (2004-2005) and Technical Adviser on Social Services at Getxo town council (2003-2004). He has also lectured at the University of Deusto on Work, Employment and Social and Employment Inclusion. His career has been linked to management and consulting in the field of employment, social services and the voluntary economy, with responsible and management roles in both the third sector and the government, as well as in social research, teaching and public participation on social networks.
