Antidio Martínez de Lizarrondo

Head of the planning, assessment and quality section of the Government of Navarra's employment and training observatory.

Qualified in Social Work, a graduate in Sociology and with a doctorate in Social Work from the UPNA (winner of the special doctoral prize in human and social sciences). He is also an Expert in Assessment of Public Policy from the University of Seville (2017), as well as an Expert in Economics, Management and Technology for Social Innovation from the University of Alcalá (2021).

He has been an assistant lecturer at the UPNA since 2008. A career civil servant at Pamplona city council (social worker) and at the government of Navarra (sociologist). From 2009 to 2015 he ran the government of Navarra's immigration observatory and from 2015 to 2020 he was head of the social reality observatory service. Since December 2020 he has been head of the planning, assessment and quality section of the department of social rights.

His work and his lines of research in the academic sphere focus on analysing social inclusion processes (employment, housing, poverty and inequality), policies for integrating immigrants and assessment of public policy. He has published work on these topics in different academic journals and in books.
