ORDEN de 27 de mayo 1996, del Consejero de Interior, por la que se hacen públicas las subvenciones otorgadas a determinados Centros Escolares y Residenciales de Titularidad Privada para la realización de Planes de Emergencia conforme a la Orden de 1 de marzo de 1996.

<FONT SIZE=2><P>Por Orden de 1 de marzo de 1996 (BOPV n.º 55) del Consejero de Interior, se convocan ayudas destinadas integramente a la realización de Planes de Emergencia en Centros Escolares y Residenciales de Titularidad Privada.

De conformidad con lo establecido en la citada Orden y a propuesta de la Comisión de Selección.

RESUELVO:

Primero.- Dotar a los Centros relacionados en el Anexo con la cantidad en él fijada.

Segundo.- La subvención se abonará a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 5.º de la Orden de 1 de marzo una vez realizados y visados por la Dirección de Atención de Emergencias los correspondientes Planes de Emergencia que en todo caso deberán ser entregados antes del 30 de noviembre del presente año.

Tercero.- Contra la presente Orden, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del País Vasco en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación.

Caso de pretender interponer el mencionado recurso contencioso-administrativo, deberá con carácter previo, efectuar la comunicación a la que se refiere el artículo 110.3 de la ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.
