Osteba, Basque Office for Health Technology assessment was born in autumn 1992. Its aim is to promote the correct use of Health Technologies, both in terms of security, effectiveness, accessibility and equity, on the same hand Osteba provides valuable information for the decision making.
Osteba is founder member of INAHTA, International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment, GIN, Guidelines International Network and member of Euroscan, the European network for exchanging information about early assessments of emerging technologies.
