The first painting is located on the left of the chamber entrance. It refers to the most clearly visible deer out of all of them. It is looking further inside the chamber. The head is well preserved with its ears, neck and the back down to the rump. It has been filed with paint in some areas.

On it there is another small figure which is looking in the opposite direction. It is reduced to a head with ears and the dorsal neck line.
