Razan Ismail

Adviser to the European Commission on migration and asylum policy development, member of the European Union Asylum Agency (EUAA) Consultative Forum and works with ACNUR.

Razan Ismail is an expert in migration, asylum and European integration policies. She is a member of the Expert Group on the Views of Migrants at the European Commission. Razan works with community institutions in the field of migration legislation and public participation mechanisms. With enormous experience in EU-funded programmes, multilevel governance and regional inclusion schemes, her work centres on connecting policy-making at community level with reception and integration practices on the ground.
