Loreto Osa Ocón is Director of Relations with Local Administrations and Administrative Registers for the Basque Government. She is a graduate in Economic Law from the University of Deusto, and has postgraduate training in Tax Advice from the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Commerce and in Innovation in Governance through Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

She has broad experience in public administration and legal and tax advice. Since 2019 she has been a town councillor in Pasaia, where she has held different responsibilities, among them the area of Town Planning and Environment, Social Action and Equality and Basque, as well as presiding over the municipal Euskaltegi (Basque language school). Between 2020 and 2023 she was president of the Mancomunidad de San Marko.

Before entering the public administration, she worked in legal and tax advice at Administraciones Ormaola and as a tax and commercial adviser for banks and insurance companies.
