Irene Crespo

Irene Crespo Escandell, originally from Donostia-San Sebastián, has a long career linked to administrative management, administration and finance. She is currently head of administration at Cristalería Erok, where she has a transversal role in managing and organising the company, with responsibility for areas including administration and finance, purchasing, invoicing, accounts, dealing with banks, logistics, supplier and customer relations, as well as hiring and managing personnel.

Her role involves an overall view of the operation of the company, playing an active part in coordinating the different areas and taking the decisions necessary for the business to run properly. Her career has been characterised by responsibility, organisational ability, initiative, commitment and skill in inter-personal relations. She describes herself as a friendly, communicative person with a good ability to adapt.

Taking part in this panel debate is a chance for her to share her experience and personal and professional perspective, offering a vision closely linked to management, business organisation and, in particular, the value of people and human relations.
