Íñigo Ugarte has over 25 years of experience in business management, consulting, talent management and running projects of an international nature.

He is founder and CEO of ieTeam Group, a business consulting group working in Spain and abroad, where he leads its growth strategy, internationalisation and developing new lines of business.

At ieTeam he is currently leading the development of a comprehensive strategy to attract Latin American talent to the Basque Country, in response to Basque companies' growing needs for professionals. The project works in a coordinated way to identify and select talent at source, connecting with businesses, international mobility processes and professional integration at the destination, making up a model that connects the needs of the Basque business fabric with qualified professionals from Latin America.

His international experience and knowledge of talent markets allow him to provide a practical business vision of one of today's major challenges: how to turn international mobility and qualified immigration into a tool for competitiveness, economic growth and integration.

He holds a degree in Psychology, specialising in organisations, from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and an Executive MBA from Deusto Business School. He has also taught at universities including Deusto, Mondragon Unibertsitatea and the UPV/EHU.
