The Balda Tower is a Renaissance tower house from the 16th century whose origins are unknown.
The Insausti Palace, is a beautiful rectangular mansion that rises up on the road to Loyola, within the town of Azkoitia, on the same land where, from time immemorial, the Insausti ancestral home was located. Typologically, the palace corresponds to the Serlian model and there are similar examples nearby. It was built by D. Xabier María de Munibe, Count of Peñaflorida and founder of the Basque Royal Society of Friends of the Country in 1764.
Known as Etxe Beltz, the Casa Idiakez is an important Tower House with a coat of arms and masonry walls. A highlight on the façade is the door set in a lancet arch with a keystone, very rustic wedge-stones and hollows for a door-window with a handrail.
