Laura Rojas-Marcos

Laura Rojas-Marcos holds a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology and works as a psychotherapist, researcher, speaker, lecturer and author. She was born and trained in New York, where she worked in psychology and social work across various institutions and health centres.

She is currently a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors, the American Psychological Association and the European Federation of Psychology. She has collaborated with the programme La Aventura del Saber on Spanish National Television since 2015 and with BBVA programmes since 2022.

In 2001, following the September 11 attacks, she collaborated on Proyecto Libertad, a Federal Government programme providing psychological support to victims. Since 2002 she has been based in Madrid.

In 2015, 2017 and 2018 she was named one of the Top 100 most influential women leaders in Spain. Author of Hablar y aprender, El sentimiento de culpa, Somos cambio and La Familia: de relaciones tóxicas a relaciones sanas.
