Félix Lascaray Palacios

Félix Lascaray Palacios (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 1986) is CEO of Lascaray S.A., a family company founded in 1823. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto and completed his training with a master’s in Strategic Management and an academic stay at the University of Richmond (United States).

He began his professional career at Deloitte, where he worked for over three years, before joining the family business. Since 2013 he has led Lascaray as CEO, driving its development and adaptation to the challenges of the sector.
