Adjudicar el contrato que tiene por objeto la adquisición de tiras reactivas, con destino a la Comarca Portugalete-Enkarterri, a las empresas abajo relacionadas, en un importe máximo estimado de catorce millones doscientas cincuenta y nueve mil quinientas pesetas (14.259.500 PTA).
