|Izenburuak ongi adierazten duenez, erabakitzeko eskubidearen genesi bat egitea izan da ikerketa honen asmo nagusia, hau da, erabakitzeko eskubidearen adierazle hutsetik abiatuta, hura esanahi politiko-juridikoz hornitzea. Ikerketaren objektu nagusia, bada, erabakitzeko eskubidea bera da; zehazki, kontzepzioa osatzen duten oinarrizko elementuak identifikatu eta praktika politiko-juridikoan izan duen garapena aztertzen da. Modu berean, XXI.mendean eskubide berriak sortzeko teoria bat garatu eta proposatzen da.As the title rightly indicates, the key intention of this study was to determine the genesis of the right to decide, in other words, to give it a political and legal meaning based on the straightforward demand to the right to decide. Thus, the main objective of the work is the actual right to decide, identifying the basic elements making up the design and analysing its implementation in political-legal practice. Likewise, a theory is developed and proposed for the creation of new rights in the 21st century.
