The Survey on Housing Needs and Demand operation provides annual information ¿and quarterly monitoring- on the quantification and evolution of the Needs and potential Demand for housing according to type (first access, change and refurbishment); both on the motives and degree of need and on the characteristics of the housing needed. It is a basic source of information in the system of indicators for monitoring the housing policy.
