With an eminently open, participative and collaborative approach, IKANOS has, in this way, become a project designed to disseminate and promote the adoption in the Basque Country of the European digital competences framework , based on the implementation of the European DIGCOMP project , led and managed by the IPTS (Institute for Prospective Technological Studies) and validated by the European Commission in 2013.
This framework is in line with the strategic guidelines defined In the European Digital Agenda.
