Leioa School of Hotel and Restaurant Management

A public vocational training centre which specialises in the professional fields of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and the Food and Beverage Industry. It delivers high-quality education, and seeks to train professionals who will subsequently be able to perform at an extremely high level in their chosen specialities. The centre currently offers the following courses: Intermediate Technical Courses in Cooking and Gastronomy; Technical Course in Baking, Pastry-Making, and Confectionery; Technical Course in Catering Services; Advanced Technical Courses in Catering Management; and Advanced Technical Course in Kitchen Management. The centre's facilities include three dining areas (offering a daily menu, buffet, and à la carte menu), as well as a coffee shop-bar. They offer a wide range of delicious food, from simply-prepared sandwiches to highly elaborate dishes.
