Mendata owns a tourist office that is located in a beautiful big house named Idatze Etxea. It provides tourist information about Mendata, Busturialdea region and Euskadi in general, to those who approach the beautiful setting.

In addition, the office is open throughout the year and information is supplied in Basque and Spanish. What is more, they sell the typical local produce such as cheese, txakoli, ceramics and consists of a wide exhibition area and animation slides to explain the visitors about the way of life and habits of Mendata and its surroundings.
