New direct flights to Bilbao

The number of air routes into and out of Bilbao is set to climb dramatically over the next few months. This winter Air Berlin will start operating a daily connection between Mallorca and Bilbao, and Air Nostrum will launch three flights a week between the two cities. On 28 October this company will also start flying from Bologna in Italy to La Paloma three times a week. Meanwhile, Iberia will offer direct flights between Bilbao and Jerez (Cádiz), and from 25 October Vueling will recommence its connections to A Coruña and Alicante. Turkish Airlines has also announced an increase in the number of flights between Istanbul and Bilbao, commencing this winter. And since 1 September it has also been possible to fly from Katmandu in Nepal to Bilbao, via Istanbul.
