The Manteo sports centre is owned by the City Council of San Sebastian and is marketed by the club Bera Bera R.T., since its foundation in 1999. Apart from being the home of this club, they give classes and have facilities for rugby, handball, basketball, karate, surf, bicycle, aerobics, etc. They offer physiotherapy and nutrition services and hire lockers.
