Wineries in the Basque Country
Javier San Pedro Rández, a descendent of winegrowers, created the Vallobera winery in 1990 together with his wife Ana Ortega, and in the process became the first member of the San Pedro family to bottle the family product. It is a family-owned winery whose main objective is to produce wines of the highest quality. Three wine ranges are currently produced at the winery, under the names of "Vallobera", "Javier San Pedro" and "Siete Castillos". It boasts facilities which extend over 5,000 square metres, located just 400 metres from Laguardia town centre.
