Restaurant 1860 Tradición is located in the prestigious Hotel Marqués de Riscal.
The restaurant has access to the hotel's main terraces and offers traditional regional dishes made with fresh seasonal produce.
House specialities include the croquettes, chickpea stew with monkfish and clams, meatballs with pommes de terre á la Boulangère, vegetable stew or hake steaks in batter with red peppers, as well as offering an extensive wine list. Refined food and culinary delights are overseen by chef Francis Paniego.
