Beltz is located at the top (seventh floor) of the THE ARTIST GRAND HOTEL OF ART.
The restaurant is under the culinary direction of internationally-renowned chef Martín Berasategui, who has seven Michelin stars to his name. Doma's cuisine stands out for its constantly changing dishes, combining home-style cooking with the most exquisite recipes. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu (the menu changes according to the season) as well as a taster menu.
