Amelia by Paulo Airaudo

In the exclusive Villa Favorita Boutique Hotel, Paulo Airaudo has designed Amelia, with a very personal and distinctive concept.

Amelia by Paulo Airaudo Restaurant is located at the heart of the Romantic area of the city, next to the La Concha Promenade.

The two-floor premises, which used to be an old copper shop, has a modern, minimalist style and seats 28 diners.

Argentinian chef Paulo Airaudo is responsible for creating the ‘tasting menus’, combining different flavours and textures to create unique dishes. Following its own philosophy, the restaurant works with small-scale producers who share the same values, sell their produce at traditional markets and provide top-quality, fresh ingredients.

In the same vein, the sommelier focuses on offering wines from different parts of the world which are produced using organic or biodynamic processes.
