Vitoria Airport (VIT)

Located about 8 kilometres from Vitoria-Gasteiz, in a privileged location that allows you to reach Bilbao in less than 45 minutes (58 km.) and in just over an hour to the region of Rioja Alavesa and cities such as Hondarribia (121 km). or San Sebastian (116 km). Also known as Foronda Airport, it stands out since 1994 because of its volume of goods traffic.

The airport has a tourist office.

Buses from Vitoria-Gasteiz airport to the city centre:

Vitoria Airport is connected to the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz by the La Unión transport company.

If you are travelling to the airport, the bus departs from the bus stop on Cadena y Eleta Street (opposite La Florida Park) and also stops at the bus station.

In the opposite direction, from the airport to the city centre, the route is in reverse order.
