Description
The aim of the Survey on the Use of Dwellings is to determine the scope of the non-primary dwellings phenomenon in the Basque Country, estimating the number of unoccupied dwellings and offering information on their state and characteristics; that is, a double objective: to quantify and characterise the stock of non-primary dwellings in the Basque Country. This statistical operation was known as"Statistics on Empty Homes" until 2015.
